Kevin has 25 years experience in business, organisational, engineering and construction management related activity in NZ and Europe. During this time he has been fully responsible for the feasibility and analysis, then delivery, of many large complex projects in the health, education and transport infra-structure sectors. He has also held a number of general management and CE positions in health and transport where organisational change management and third party stakeholder complexities have created challenging environments for capital projects delivery. He has also held many volunteer leadership positions including Commodore Murrays Bay Sailing Club, President NZIODA (youth sailing), and was a member of Water for Survival, now part of Oxfam.

Juliet began her career as a lawyer working for the Crown Solicitor in Auckland, then moved to a criminal defence firm in Scotland before joining a general practice in France. On her return to New Zealand she worked in the areas of property and commercial law. Juliet has been involved in the education sector as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of a Primary school through a staff change management and capital projects funding period, and prior to this was President of an early learning Playcentre organisation. She has worked extensively in the tertiary sector over the past 18 years with AUT University, MIT (Manukau Institute of Technology), UNITEC and Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, originally as a lecturer and researcher in business law and management and more recently in many areas including programme review, development and accreditation; policy and statute review; and staff and student discipline. She has gained invaluable Project Management experience throughout this time.
