Lautrec provides professional services to clients in the Health, Education, Environmental and Infrastructure sectors (now including earthquake recovery and risk assessment) both nationally and internationally, with a specific interest in aid and development programmes.
Our Management and Projects team specialises in the integration of complex work streams, often across multiple organisations and conflicting stakeholders, to support and lead our clients to their desired outcomes.
Lautrec Professional Engineering services include financial guidance and concept feasibility in the above specialist sectors. We also provide full design and contract management in the traditional disciplines (civil & structural) and more public sector disciplines such as transport, coastal and waterways, environmental and renewable energies.
Our point of difference is the ability to combine diverse business, legal, engineering, people and management skills to work with our clients to provide comprehensive, holistic and meaningful results.
We take a creative yet down to earth approach to ideas and options, undertake feasibility studies, advise and assist with funding options, then once a project is confirmed and approved, we guide and support clients through the detailed design, planning , procurement and commissioning phases.
If desired, we are able to set up a Project Directorship and a Project (or Programme) Office. This enables us to effectively organise and lead multi-disciplined teams through all phases of large complex projects.
In summary; we ensure the effective implementation of our client’s vision, whether it be 'organisational or process change' and/or the design and construction of major capital investments.
